A Dharma Yoga & Sacred Sound Weekend Immersion with Daphne Chan
An awakening journey through your body and mind, leading to greater peace and stability beyond yoga postures
This 3-hour workshop will open with sacred mantra as taught by Sri Dharma Mittra and ancient yogic breathing practices, followed by a mixed-level Dharma Yoga asana sequence progressing from basic to advanced postures and unique variations.
This challenging and meditative sequence of yoga poses will lead to complete movement of the spine, massaging and stimulating the inner organs and glands, unleashing Prana throughout the body, restoring radiant health, bringing clarity to the mind and putting power behind your thoughts. The class will conclude with purifying deep healing relaxation (Dharma Yoga Nidra), sacred therapeutic sound with Tibetan singing bowls and close with a guided meditation.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who has experienced imbalance in life, has difficulty resting at night, struggles in yoga postures, stress at work or relationship and anyone who wants to improve your yoga postures or is looking to take your yoga practice to a more spiritual aspect.
