Strengthen your Pelvic Floor Muscles with Cham Lay Peng

This workshop is for all women who want to know more about that part of the body that is often ignored or misunderstood, and for that reason, often mistreated – the pelvic floor.

You will learn the anatomy of your pelvis – the pelvic bones, the musculature as well as the organs housed in the pelvis. We will look at some of the daily activities that can put stress on our pelvic floor and discuss some issues common to the pelvis.

Discover exercises that can strengthen and maintain the elasticity of your pelvic floor. Guidelines on how to protect the pelvic floor before, during, and after delivery as well as for the menopausal and postmenopausal periods will be shared as well.

All levels are welcome!
