Going Upside Down – The Right Way Up with Amadea Ng

Inversions might seem scary and impossible for many, but they are beneficial for your body and mind. It allows blood to flow into our brains, release neurotransmitters and even releases endorphins.

Join us on a 2 hour journey where we will be focusing on going upside down, finding new perspectives, trusting the unknown and having a lot of fun while reaping all the benefits of inversions.

We’ll start with a strong, energising flow to build up the core and arm strength required to go upside down, and everyone will have a chance to try something new during this session.

Come with a curious and open mind as we explore the intricacies of going upside down, kick our legs up, learn tips and tricks and get our hearts over our heads. Mixed levels are welcome!
