To know who and what we are, it is important to understand what and how you are structured to exist. The Prana Gunas are aspects of the life-force coursing through our system.

Based on the teachings of Maharishi Patanjali, and under the guidance of Mahayogi Gokulacandra Das, join Pearl for a complete Gokul practice to explore the Prana Gunas via Asana and Pranayama.
