New Moon Flow with Pearl Bhasin

The New Moon is a favorable time to release and renew.

It is a chance to check in with our Selves, and notice and recognise what we need to let go – be it toxic relationships, bad habits, or patterns of fear and regret. At the same time, we free up space in our psyche and our lives for new beginnings and fresh commitments.

This two-hour New Moon practice includes Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathwork) and Dhyana (meditation). Asana will focus on opening the Hips to surrender and release, and expanding the Heart to receive and renew. Pranayama will help us re-calibrate physically and mentally. Dhyana will allow us to see our authentic Selves, and act from a True Centre to manifest our intentions.
