Stretch and Strengthen with Pilates

A Pilates Workshop by Zoya Holland

In this fun and interactive feel good workshop we explore the most versatile, light and easily acquired piece of equipment – the stretch band!

This will be an all round full body workout improving your core, arm and leg strength, muscle tone and posture. We will enjoy some standing stretching, strengthening and mobility exercises as well as modifications on traditional Pilates mat work. Some of those will make the exercises more accessible and some more challenging, and it will certainly be a different experience.

This workshop concludes with a long full body stretching sequence targeting the major muscles around shoulders, hips, spine and lower body. Ultimate strengthen, stretch and feel great!
