Originally from Japan, Rie has lived in Singapore since 1999. As a yoga teacher, she is passionate about sharing tools to improve our health, wellness, and manage stress. Her goal is to help her students grow closer to their highest potential in different aspects of their lives.
Rie teaches Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She finds it an accessible, unique and powerful practice, suitable for people with no experience of yoga. When she tried Kundalini Yoga for the first time, she was amazed by how much fun she had, and how effective it was. Through Kundalini Yoga, Rie gained strength and clarity, while reducing her long-term lower back pain. Having benefited tremendously from her own practice, Rie is now sharing Kundalini Yoga through her classes.
Rie is a gentle soul and her soft energy infuses her classes, as she encourages and inspires her students on and off the yoga mat.
