After many years of teaching Pilates, Yoga, BodyBalance, CxWorx and other fitness disciplines in top clubs in London and Asia, Zoya has finally brought her expertise to Singapore.

Zoya started practicing Yoga and Pilates as a way of improving her own health and as a gentle introduction into the World of exercise. She has soon discovered that both could be as challenging and also helped tremendously in daily physical/mental activities at the same time. Pilates and Yoga have seen her through ups and downs and so she has made them into her life and profession.

Zoya is a Level 3 mat-based Pilates Instructor. After completing her 200 hours and certified by Yoga Alliance, she has taught Hatha, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Chakra, Sivananda, Restorative Yin and Hot yoga. She has also been certified as an Advanced BodyBalance and CxWorx instructor from top training facilities in Les Mills UK.

Today, she believes the benefits of holistic living are very personal and unique. Hence, she hopes that she will get a chance to help everyone to find theirs.
