The Yoga School team is looking forward to welcoming you back to our sanctuary in the sky from 1 July, 2020! 💕 We will be introducing new measures to keep each other safe and well as we continue to practise together – two metres apart! Please practise social responsibility and extend your patience and kindness as we learn and adapt together? 🙏🏼 See you in July! ♥️
Stay home if you’re unwell.
If your temperature is above 37.5 degrees Celsius, or if you have any symptoms including running nose, coughing or sneezing, you will not be able to enter The Yoga School.
Please book ahead!
No walk-ins will be accepted. Please book your classes online at least two hours before class and 12 hours before 7:30am classes. Classes will have three to five people. Our Reformer classes will have two people (and Zoya)!

Check in and out with the SafeEntry QR code! Please arrive 10 minutes before class and leave no later than five minutes after class.
Please maintain a safe distance of one metre at all times. Our showers will be closed during Phase Two, and you will need to place all personal belongings, including phones, in our lockers.
Bring your own mat and/or towel.
Please bring your own towels or non-slip yoga mats for all classes. You will also need clean socks to attend our Reformer Pilates classes. You will not be able participate in our classes without a towel or travel yoga mat to cover our mats or equipment. Please bring your own water bottle if you need to hydrate during class.
Fill in our health and travel declaration form before every class.
You will not be able to attend class if you are not feeling well or if you are living with someone serving a Stay Home Notice
